Collection and processing of personal data

We process personal data only when you provide it voluntarily, for example when you contact us by phone, fax or email. This includes in particular contact and master data (name, address, telephone number, email address) and health-related data where you provide it to us.

We use this data solely to communicate with you and for appointment scheduling, billing and medical treatment in our practice. Data is shared with third parties only where permitted by law and necessary for treatment (e.g. laboratories, specialists) or where you have given explicit consent.

Use and disclosure of data

Your personal data is not sold or otherwise marketed. It is disclosed to third parties only where required for medical care, prescribed by law or where you have previously consented. Our staff are bound by professional confidentiality and take part regularly in data protection training.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of processing. You also have the right to rectification of inaccurate data, restriction of processing, data portability and erasure of your data, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

Withdrawal of consent

Many processing operations are possible only with your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time. An informal email is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

In the event of breaches of data protection law you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority for data protection matters in Bavaria is the Bavarian state commissioner for data protection.

If you have questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact us at any time.
